Since 1981 Electro-Mechanical Industries,
Inc has serviced the low voltage, medium voltage and generator backup
industry nationally and internationally. EMI has designed, serviced and brought new products and systems into an increasingly complex
marketplace to meet user's increasing demand for greater control and flexibility.
EMI has designed and manufactured generator to generator, utility to utility, and utility to generator paralleling and back up systems throughout the United States and its territories. We have experience in manufacturing generator back up systems designed for multiple utility and multiple generator installations.
The end users of these systems include telephone companies, medical manufacturing companies, wastewater treatment plants, oil pumping stations, schools and universities, communication companies, utility companies, hospitals and state governments.
Utility to Utility paralleling systems have been designed to provide power in critical health care situations and government centers.
Our company's involvement with projects throughout the country has made us aware of the end
users varying requirements. Many of these requirements are based upon local codes and the end user's unique need. Ourr
experience in custom system design has permitted us to work with the customer, thereby producing a control system suited to
the site's needs.
EMI's engineering and technical departments have implemented Touch Screen Technology into the overall control scheme. With the advent of these systems, comes increased functionality and expansion into simplified user features.
Control and Touch Screen systems are designed to eliminate the vast array of meters, switches, indicator lights, annunciator panels, adjustable timers and control panels full of point to point wiring for control and metering purposes.
