We are pleased to announce Chip Reynolds retirement from day to day activities at Electro-Mechanical Industries on May 15, 2026. Forty-four years on the job has been more than a career—it is a legacy of dedication, passion, and excellence.
Chip began his career at EMI fabricating and assembling electrical distribution equipment. After moving into Sales, he quickly became a solutions expert. Chip has established a reputation for his extensive knowledge, providing creative, quality customized solutions for his customers.
Chip was one of EMI’s first employees and he and Kim have always been “family” and true friends. EMI is very appreciative of Chip’s dedication to us and our customers as well as his contribution in developing others around him. He is an excellent mentor, a wealth of knowledge and a true expert in his field. We wish Chip and his family all the best as he enters the next chapter of life.
Chip plans to ease into retirement and will continue serving his customers seeing his projects through onsite implementation until year-end.
